Ummm...Are people allowed to resell TGC products like that?

The meek shall inherit the earth, if that's alright with everyone else.

Unless it's a CD? If he has the hard copy I'd imagine TGC wouldn't necessarily mind the reselling of it... but if it's a digital copy that's a different story.

I could be entirely wrong, though. It's been a long time since I've read the TGC terms of use stuff...

It has to be legit, just look at that INTENSE and PROFESSIONAL webdesign...

...really though that site looks a little shady if you ask me.

On-Topic:

Considering the fact that they can't even title the product right it looks like a scam. However T3DGM is worth about $5.00 as the quality and simplicity of the games it makes, is awful, straight out of the 90's (no offense TGC). It's a little bit of joke to post about it in Geek culture, but to each his own, as you could choose to use it and move up to a more complex game development tool that TGC has to offer.

and:

Quote: "(g) Other restrictions on the use of Assets. You may not copy, distribute or resell Assets (or grant to others the right to use Assets): (i) as standalone products, or (ii) together with other assets or works in any way which allows the buyer / licensee to use the assets in other products; or (iii) in any product whose content or exploitation is unlawful, or breaches any regulation or contract or property or other right of any third party. For the avoidance of doubt You may not upload any Assets to, or make any Assets available on, any server accessible by third parties (including any web site, peer-to-peer system or server such as BitTorrent or TurboSquid)."

This appears to be a gray area.

I am not a fan of MLP , but that's just me
