iOS and MacOS / iOS install without App Store?

Hey everybody, I'm developing a "Who's That Pokemon" App to familiarize myself with AppGameKit before I start a real project. I have two questions:

1. If I release this for free, am I at all liable?
2. If I would be, is there a means of installing apps on a jailbroken device without use of an app store? I know on Android, one can install apps from anywhere with use of a file manager.

How do you make your app available on Cydia?

Your app won't be accepted in the appstore if you use the word POKEMON

Inspire, I know of 1 first-hand case, where a Pokemon fan-art app was rejected. Anyway you will loose nothing with trying.
