Hi all, I did a search and can't seem to find definitive solution to this. So i know UU3D can convert .x to .fbx but has anyone got fpsc weapons working in unity and if so can they share how they did it Thanks all

Since the majority around here use FPSC you might be better asking how to import or convert .x models on the Unity forums.

Awesome! Its one of those threads.

All I know is that you need to convert .X to .FBX in order to preserve animations

Import the weapon into Fragmotion and export it as a ms3d file. Then import that ms3d file into Blender 2.49 and export that as a 3ds or fbx file.

Note- 3ds doesn't have animations. Fbx keeps them.
