AppGameKit Classic Chat / AGK trial installer fails, can not install

Hi, I just downloaded the trial, and just after start installing it says:

installation ended prematurely because of an error.

I use windows 7x86, my dev machine is up to date, and no other program I installed recently showed that error. I redownloaded, ran as admin, and nothing works.
Of course I have all the tgc range of products installed and working, including fpsc, dbpro, plugins, and so on.

Please advise, I want to test the product to purchase it.

Have you tried changing the properties of the file to run as admin for all users, rather than right clicking and running as admin from there? Other than that I am not sure.
