Okay so there are like NO posts on my forum on my site. How do I start a community of people posting on an online forum?

This is the site - www.carnageproduct.webs.com

Have good content on your main website related to something that could draw a community in, like a common interest. If you have nothing on your site, and do nothing in particular, why would anyone want to go there?

A generic website = a generic forum, and generic forums are often empty. What reason do we have to use your forum instead of this one or instead of the thousands of other game dev forums? Your game isn't significant enough to draw people in to just chat about it.

It seems like you may be straining to have a forum where it's not needed, for the sake of having a forum. A good indicator of needing a forum, is visitors telling you you need a forum.

You don't need a forum. You have one here to create a thread on for the purpose of discussing your game...

Well don't worry about people talking about your game in your forum. How many games do have busy forums anyway? I know that the Mario forums are not full of plumbers pulling out their plungers.
