You're welcome to post your pranks here, but all I can say is, well played Google.

And YouTube.

And of course, you can actually view Google Maps in 8-bit. Just hit 'Try it Now' under 'Start Your Quest'
http://maps.google.com/

It's pretty awesome.

Oh man that's awesome :'D

The best part is that they actually made an application for the prank. I might use the 8-bit google maps more than the actual one.

That is just silly lol.

April Fools has always just been somewhat of an annoyance to me with a few funny moments here and there, however, one year at work we played a hilarious prank on our coworkers when I worked at round table. The night before had been extremely slow and so we had plenty of time to kill making it more perfect. We folded about 1,000 extra large boxes and filled them ceiling high throughout the entire kitchen, office, storage room, and dough rolling room. We had a full on maze actually built out of the boxes that you had to follow to get anywhere.

As hilarious as it was, the manager was EXTREMELY angry because they had to all of the boxes and put them back in the storage room and it took all nine of us about five or six hours to make the box maze, so I assume between the manager and only two other people it took even longer to unfold them all. They started work at 9am and the restaurant opens at 11, so it must have been an awful morning.
Haha.

Looks like my Facebook one was caught pretty quick.

lol, and I was there thinking you hit like because you knew it was April fools. Oh well, at least I got someone. I don't think I fooled anyone by coming out as a Scientologist last year, so an improvement I guess.

Well, I admit that is pretty awesome. Would make a decent permanent feature.

Here's one for those who play SW:TOR:

Fortunately I never fell for the George Takei prank about his new film about Excelsior which he posted on Facebook. Would have been a good idea though but I don't think the CG artists would be up to the challenge to make him younger...
