I found this free batch image convorter it works really good. So if you have alot of images that you want in a different file you should use this. It took me a while to find a good free one... I use it to convort .dds to .tga so I can load Fps creator model packs into UDK faster.

You could write your own DBPro program to do that yourself. It isn't difficult.

Or get one of many free tools already out there. I think I've Infraview to batch convert hundreds of bmp to jpg and resize them.
