What are the defines to check for that allow us to know which platform we are compiling on?
I know there is AGKWINDOWS, is there an AGKBLACKBERRY, AGKANDROID, AGKIOS etc?

Based on interpreter.cpp and common.h:

Android - IDE_ANDROID
Mac - IDE_MAC
iOS - AGKIOS
Bada - IDE_BADA
Meego - IDE_MEEGO
Windows - AGKWINDOWS
Blackberry - IDE_BLACKBERRY

Also defined for compilers:
Visual Studio - IDE_VS2008
Xcode - IDE_XCODE
