Watched a few vidoes, and they're not annoying me. So that's a first good step.
What's wrong though is that there's no real difference between this channel and so many others out there. You just film your daily life in MineCraft, and do random stuff etc. That just starts to get old pretty quickly. What you need to do is find something unique. Something that no one has done before, and something you can stick to doing.
Just some examples of very successful MineCraft "casters", and why they're so successful:
Team aVo (aka Avolition) - Griefers. They have a funny sense of humor, they are feared griefers on every server, and no one else really matches up to them. They have a professional programmer on the team which of course makes hacking the client much easier for them. Example :

So yeah, find something that is unique and pulls you apart from all of the other players out there.
