like using the same framesize for both, 3d and photography. a simple black 16:9 frame on the 3d or cutting the photos down is easy to do.

i can understand if you focus on 3d and photography, but it would be better to do a design and give it someone who knows how to build it (and even if its done with dreamweaver [love]

). a portfolio/info-site without a shop is simple, when you deliver the design the setup shouldnt be more than 100-200€ to get it done by any student or 0,- for a friend.
you can add a shop later with an external system, mostly easy delivered with your provider.
main thing is: it would look like you want it to look.
