I've found a model and texture on GameBanana that had this license:

Does this mean that I could use the model and texture commercially as long as I give credit where due? I know it says that I can exploit it, but I'd like the forum to interpret that just to be safe.

Yes you can use it in any way,As long as you dont sell it or claim it as your own work.
