In my game's science lab level, I have a small containment room with a 'human experiment subject' inside it. So far I've managed to get it to approach the player and try to attack him.

Unfortunately, he manages to do damage to the player from inside the containment room, with the glass still intact. Is there anyway I can get him to break through the glass when he attacks, instead of doing damage through the still-intact window?

Have you tried changing the glass strength so it is really low?

i have never seen a character jump so far, except with "using" some collision probs.^^ maybe you can trigger the event with a script, destroying the glass and spawn the enemy in midair right in front of the window (outside), with a start velocitiy of around 200+ right through the window with crouch-animation for start-second?

The character doesn't need to jump, as the window is pretty much full segment height. He manages to step onto the window sill, and do damage to the player through the glass, I just need him to break the glass 1st...

You could modify the AI script to keep the enemy inactive/looping an idle animation until you come within a certain radius. Once you do, trigger the window to break at the same time as the enemy attacks - like an illusion of him actually breaking through the window.

That's a good idea. The AI script I'm using already has the AI behaving in a similar way to that, so all I'd need to do is trigger the glass breaking.
