Not sure if anyone has heard about this game yet. It's a game currently in beta, but you can pre-order it and get access to the beta. The goal is to get kerbals into space, away from their earth-like planet (kerbin). You can send them into orbit, to the mun, or around the sun, kerbol...

I was going for the most massive rocket I could make. Here's what a flight of it looks like! There are tons of stages, and it's a horribly inefficient, impractical rocket.

I gave it a go as my friend loves it, but I could never get my ship into space. I suck. Still, it was kinda fun crashing them.

It's not too difficult if you have an SAS module (stabilizer)

Heheh, I'm trying to how high of a G-Force I can get. Just got 101.5g! I used that exact ship, accelerated straight up until I was almost at escape velocity, fell up and back down a bit, then accelerated straight towards earth/kerbin until I was at 5800 m/s. As soon as I entered the atmosphere I deployed a parachute

The parachute module ripped off and crushed the cabin, but not before the 101g acceleration occured!

That might be where I went wrong, I'm not sure if I included one - I only tried the demo, so the selection was fairly limited. Some of my ships were a little top heavy, the controls seemed a bit confusing at first too, but I guess I should actually read what the controls are first and what they do, that might help a lot.

I might download the demo later and have a play again.

The name sounds really familiar, but I can't figure out from where/when.
