I am looking to do a model pack, Was wondering if people can use another office pack. I know there is the one from tgc, So thought i would ask here. This would be a simpler one for me to start with.

There are a few in the TGC Store with desks, computers, etc. There are actually some free ones as well I have seen places in the forum in the past.

There are two official office packs. MP#32, and #49.

I have both, so I don't think I would get another (at least pay for another. MP#49 is a really nice one. #32 has some nice entities that I have used. So, I wouldn't know if another office pack is needed. I would take a look at these two MPs and do a search for the free stuff and see if there is something you could do that would be different or a good addition.
