I was reading up on university courses and found they are focussing heavily on the above...

It brought to my attention the concerns of this I rmember seeing Tim Berners-Lee on something like CLick! and now this reminded me that the idea of FREE and OPEN DATA is almost incomprehensible to even consider in this day and age...

Should somebody be able to shed more light on this area please shout out...in my view this does not bode well for anybody whether or not they have anything to hide... in all honestly we all do... be it medical or physical... social or psycological...

ah my bad I meant to mention SOCA and that other thing in comparison as this sits along those lines a little... and its being integrated into web 3.0 ... so either I read it wrong or misheard its uses...

EDIT

SOCA SOPA whatever it was called... its 04:26am I need sleep lol got a long day ahead...
