Try:

DYN SET TIMING (1.0 / 60.0) / 4.0, 8, 0

See if that helps, simulating 1.0 / 60.0 for a single sub-step is pretty large and will lead to a less stable simulation. Small sub-steps are pretty important for accuracy, more so for joints and fluids I would think.

@Matty H - That seemed to have fixed it. Thanks. I'll have to play around with the timing so it remains stable when I want a faster simulation.
