Sorry for english.

What will be was to begin with. The old toys, with the new not imaginable by anyone. Take a stick, and pull a string, and now it's a computer. They don't know how to unfold themselves nowadays.

err... I don't understand either of you so...

Jam in the freezer was once the very thing but of course nowadays it is more appropriate for further times in becoming games with computers. Horrible mess is what can be found without the imagination that poorly happens in minds of today.

Are you saying that old games were original but new ones are crap? If so I totally agree. Games are rarely FUN these days. Big corporations sucked all the creativity out of the industry. Minecraft was a big kick in the teeth. If a rushed, half-finished, bug-ridden game written by one man can outsell your AAA franchise you're doing it all wrong. I haven't bought a console game for over a year because it's all the same dull grey garbage. People are literally crying out for some innovation. If there was ever a time to be an indie developer it's right now.

Shh... you're pretty.

People always want more, no matter how much was given. Every time they got something - next time they ask to make it 20% cooler. Every next time. Because people are always learning something new, and the brain begins to rebel when it stopped recieving something new. It is built into human self-study program. So if we now ask children around, it is unlikely that they will like Wolfenstein 3D or Loderunner, when there are lots of fresh shiny experience.

So you just filled up your gaming experience and may start a new hobby.

When plasticine was morphing it was self endorsing. Have yoyo on loop, and hula hoop. Skip on a rope, trip on a boat, and get some milk off the goat. It's never too late to go back in date, and bring back the fun, and play with a mate.

erm.... Yeah. I dunno where 60% this thread's going or what 75% of it is getting at. So here's my theory on Alien-cats:

1 + 1 = 2 And: 1 + 1 = 00000010 = 10
Therefore:
2 = 10
Therefore:
1 = 5
Therefore:
5 = 25
Therefore:
Alien-cats

If you come to think of it, that would be an awesome name for a character in an RPG game.

This thread is suspicious

It's a trap, isn't it?
