Frustration Level x 1000

I'm trying to find the author of some of DBP's better known shaders along with his website. All I remember is he re-created the level select screen from Quake 1 with full blown drool-worthy shaders. He also created a Mario Galaxy demo which is what I'm after. I want to pick at the code for my own personal use.

For the life of me I can't figure out who it was...I did every search I could think of, so I'm stumped...

Help appreciated.

Well it wasn't Evolved who did the Mario Galaxy demo...I swear it was. Anyone know who did?
