So way back in the day I bought a very nice PC case:

http://www.aerocooler.com/shop.cart?action=ITEM&prod_id=CATTVE2SWA

I really liked the way it handled the power/reset buttons and power/HDD led; they were added as a 5.25 bay which had room for a 3.5 device. Below is a picture of mine. Please ignore that ancient zip drive sitting in it.

So, I have another computer that has the power button on top, and my cats keep turning it on/off by walking it on. I would like to find a place where I can buy these 5.25 front panel power button things, but I cannot find them anywhere. Anyone have any special resources they could check for it?

You could get a dremel tool and reroute the buttons yourself. But I think a better solution is to just throw away the cats.

Typo and spelling mistake anticipated... Got a headache and on phone right now...

Will try finding you a solution if I can

Place a book on top.
In the windows you can disable off by button.

You mean throw away the pesky humans and their temperamental technology.

[edit] In case this post is erroneously regarded as unhelpful, I would second the above comment about disabling the power button. You can also often disable (or change the functionality of) a power button from the BIOS. So your poor feline slaves may only accidentally sleep and wake the computer.
