which program out there that could open and create .obj , mtl, .dbo and .dds file for free also could import and export these files too for free

First:
No free 3D programs make DBO files
Second:
.DDS is an image file type
Third:
.MTL is the material file for .OBJ

So .mtl will export with .obj if you have a material to go along with the model.

You can use a program called GIMP to export .dds with a free dds exporter plugin.
Here

If you want a free DBO exporter, you could just write an .x to .dbo converter in DBP. It's pretty darn simple.

If you want a program that exports and imports to the .obj format then Blender 3D will do that for you and it's 100% completely free. No strings attached.

That program can do .obj and .dbo and is free. Also, if you get Gimp 2.0 I also recommend paint.net because gimp's .dds export does not export layers, while paint.nets's does. So work in gimp, save as .psd with layers, open in paint.net, and export .dds

If for prototyping only, then here use it. Very low poly.

I created it for everyone to use with another engine, hence its animation are very short.

No I don't have anything else other than that Faerie.
But I am making an female elves. Just finished modeling. Need texturing. When I will finish it I will upload it on 3D Chat forum.

I think that BEAST, being a new user doesnt know that 3D assets are not only valuable but do also take numerous hours and dedication to make...

Its partof the experience to learn at least the basics of 3D modeling and to either design or customize your own assets.

The FPSCreator Modelpacks contain quite a lot of extremely low priced and game ready 3D assets. Feel free to browse them.
