Hi,
I'm wondering if there is some setting I have to change to permit me to stand on and jump from a dynamic model spawned at runtime. It used to work in v1.18 last summer. I recently restarted working on a project I had put on hold, and to my surprise, all of my dynamic entities that I used to jump from (platform type game) now roll me off and won't let me stand on them or jump from them.

What setting am I missing?

Thanks very much for any kind of help.

I've encountered that too with all the stock boxes.

Thats because the physics friction is set quite high to allow the boxes to be pushed across the floor, which at the same time makes the player kind of "slid" on top of the box so he falls down immideatly (or the box gets pushed away under him).

Unfortunately changing value for physics friction doesn't actually change the box's behaviour even if set to zero.

It's a bug and honestly I think the idea of "get box - stack box - jump on box" is SO old, new FPSC games should be able to do without.

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

It also happens with static objects, which is very inconvinient for designing level geometry that the player needs to move around on.

The model I'm trying to stand on and jump off of is called fireunit03_plain from the dungeonitems model pack.
The problem went away when I downgraded to 1.18 (I was trying out 1.19).

Still, The Warior Studio mentioned it was very easy, how so?

Thanks so much for the help!
