Hey all,

I went to PAX (Penny Arcade Exhibition) for the 5th year in a row, and had a blast. This time I didn't go to any panels, and spent more time on the show floor.

When I went to the indie corner of the hall, I wasn't surprised that most of the games I want to play are from small developers. One of the games that caught my attention involves an astronaut on a planet, where he uncovers communist iconography on the surface. For the life of me I can't remember the name, but I'll come back here once my brain wakes up.

Oh yah, and I met tha_rami, who is much taller in person than I would have guessed! His booth was very popular, and I bought a t-shirt. They were selling lots of merchandise from what I could tell (these little blocks that have games and the soundtracks), and they had a bunch of the games set up to play. Luftrausers looks sweet and has a great name. Congrats on the current success, Rami!

See it now. I also see Pikmin 3 in the background; which should make my wife happy.

Awesome. Well hope you guys had a good time. I believe 'Vlam' is Dutch slang for "I will buy you a", so I hope Rami got you a beer.

Sounds kinda interesting. The description reminds me of Iron Sky, but with Communists.

And checked out the Luftrausers trailer, it looks like it might be fun.

Maybe one day I'll go to one of these thingymajigs.

Was great meeting you, Jeku. Being part of the Indie Megabooth was amazing - all the games that were there are available on the presskit() which is available at http://indiemegabooth.com/

May I personally recommend Quadrilateral Cowboy, Mark of the Ninja, Super T.I.M.E. Force and Antichamber?

Antichamber is phenomenal! I played the demo back when it was called "Hazard: The Journey of Life" and had a blast. Though, I don't think they've announced an official release date yet, have they?
