Nice!!!

Slight issue, the entire screen floats when I move >.<

But that is awesome... unfortunately I did not know the rules and went for catching boxes instead lol... thought I did get past two falling sets...

The main problem at the moment is that FE doesn't work in Internet Explorer, iPad, Safari, or much else apart from Chrome!

JimHawkins, which might mean it only supports WebGL which is Firefox & Chrome

Maybe someone can confirm?

just 1 question.... will the final product when released, produce games with all those green loading bars, and green cogwheel and FE logos?

Yes, it has to use WebGL, which is pretty much Firefox and Chrome. A few folks had problems with Firefox (myself included), I'm not sure why - Baxslash downloaded the latest FF and had no problem and I loading it in FF on Linux and despite it being really slow on Linux (perhaps it's WebGL support isn't that great) but otherwise it was running as it should.

So at the moment, I'm only running it in Chrome. It seems pretty silly only 2 browsers support WebGL . (As far as I am aware)

It doesn't work at all on firefox for me, so it's best to specify Chrome only until all's working fine for everyone.

Quite annoyed that I'm forced to use a different browser for it, especially since firefox is supposed to be compliant. Oh well.

It's still in beta, so I am sure there's bugs to iron out. It does seem odd that it's not working properly for everyone, but hopefully a solution is found.

Anyway, tried out your game, seems a fun start. I am enjoying my experimentation with this, especially as I'm not an AppGameKit user.

Sorry to say that it sounds like the bug is in Firefox not FE. If it works fine in Chrome I would just use that until your preferred browser catches up...

don't know if this is important/helpful, but it would not run in FF for me either. I tried it in Chrome, but when I tried to check the box verifying I read the User Agreement, it would not check. Great, went back to FF and it works now. I was able to check the checkbox, register, and run an example. I wonder if Chrome, enabled something on my 64bit windows 7 machine???

I tried the demo on both Chrome and Firefox (both the very latest as of the date of this post.

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit with 16 Gigabytes of ram DDR3 1600 with Intel 3770k Ivy Bridge Processor and Nvidia Geforce 670 2 Gigabytes of ram with the latest drivers from August.

In Chrome everything was perfect and it was fully playable.
In Firefox it was slow as heck and when I would move my object with the arrow keys it would move the entire window (this did not happen with chrome).

Firefox should not be slow with the top of the line CPU, and high end GPU with 16 Gigs of DDR3 1600 RAM. Nothing under-clocked and nothing over-clocked. Only ONE TAB Open in in Firefox (which was the game). NO wonder I never use that browser anymore. Horrible.

I wonder if people know HTML5 means <canvas>?

I only see this as another reason AppGameKit and DBP are stagnating and/or dead.. Last I checked licenses for those weren't free..

Totally agree with Greenster. Using WebGL rather than HTML5 canvas is not very sensible. Browser support is dire:

IE will NEVER support WEBgl. That's a FACT.

The best thing you can do is detect whether the user is using IE and prompt him to install the CHROMEframe plugin. Then webgl will work on IE.

Webgl is fully supported on FF and Chrome. If things don't work in FE that's another story, but other toolkits have no problem.

Safari on Mac supports Webgl.

AGK isn't dead nor stagnating. Freedom Engine is an online version of AGK.

However, I will test webgl.com on 15.01 of Firefox and see if it's any better.

WebGL works fine on my system, but links to FE are not working.

I think I'll come back in a couple of months!
