I was on a mates stag do at the weekend and had a go in a bunch of off-road vehicles. This is the 140bhp rage buggy. I took my bike helmet and camera. AWESOME! Would highly recommend having a go if you get the opportunity. You don't need a license so even you younguns can have a go. Probably the most fun I've had on 4 wheels.

nice vid. much better than those offered here: http://www.demonwheelers.co.uk/activities/rage-buggies.htm which doesn't depict the power the buggies contain.

those things aren't cheap, either, but do look like lotsa fun: http://www.ragemotorsport.com/index.asp

another vid i found racing INDOOR. it's insane how close the crowd is sitting to the action. if one of the drivers misses, someone's gonna get hurt (probably 10 at a time): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVXtInTt1cc

helmet-cam rocks, fallout. i'd suggest this experience as your next video game. mount some weaponry = carnage on wheels!

lol. I'd love to make a combat racer. I've thought of it many times. If PhsyX and Matty's plugin allows me to make a good enough car physics model, I might consider it.

The first vids you posted though are not what I was driving. Rage do buggies from 20hp to 200hp. Those were probably 20hp by the looks of things, so nowhere near as rapid as the 140T I was driving.

But yeah, I love my helmet cam! I've made some cool vids from it and lots of good high speed memories.

Nice. Reminds me of when the wife drives to a beach cafe we like. But your vid looks less scary

Cheers

haha. Thanks chaps. It's very hard to gauge how sideways I was going from the video. It was properly slippy! On the last two laps I finally got the start of that corner right and was able to get the power down early, but that meant I was sliding out wide on the exit as there's so much power when you put it down. We'd been warned to treat the tyres as trees so I decided it was best to avoid them.

Pfff, Fallout, you drove way too friendly.

Seems like a lot of fun, thanks for sharing!

I hope you didn't *puts on sunglasses* fallout.

As everyone else has said, those look like a heap of fun. I know what I want for Christmas now.
