I re-drew the South Park picture and the Fry picture myself in photoshop, and changed the colours around as well. But yes, feel free to remove them if they're not applicable.

Just had an Idea... this year we can involve a points system...

Each person is given a set amount of points, the points can be spent in the fashion of the Eurovision contests... where you give set amounts of points to your favourite pics...

Just an idea...

Each user has 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 points meaning 12 sets of points... we then allocate the points in the order we like a set of images...

Just because an image has a high volume of 12 points does not mean it excatly will win haha... but we select the top say 5 or 10 or 12 from this year for submission...

Just thought it would be a fun method, though tasking for someone to tally up... we could always make the process a little fun no?

So one could select an image they like [by right clicking and going to properties and copying the location of the image and then using the image button to place it in their post] and then as I did before create a single post containing the 12 submissions they like going from 12 points down to 1 point... and just because an image has 1 point it still keeps it in the game as someone else may give it 5 points or higher...

[YouTube search the Eurovision shows results if you do not know of this process]

I think this would be fun... and as everything is in a single post per person on the thread, counting up totals would be rather simple somewhat... I do not mind undertaking this task provided the mentioned rules here are followed and if someone submits another image during this time, you need only go back to your post and change your submissions... the deadline can be set that will dissallow any further submissions from being counted in...

Only guy I know of to mention they've got a new job recently is me. I've been at working for LG for 3 weeks now, so perhaps you confused me for Jeku? Or maybe you're just losing your marbles.

Cheers. Customer Support, so nothing fancy, but it's work and it's not a bad company to work for and there's opportunties for promotions and to move to different departments. I work with washing machines, fridges and freezers, not exactly my area of expertise, but if something opens up with TVs or Mobiles, I might take it up.

Currently I'm contracted for 3 months, but if they like me enough, they keep me on.

That's pretty good! Its also good to hear LG base their customer support operations in the UK! Most companies don't bother.

Do you have to go through a lengthy training process to get yourself familiar with the products? Or do you generally just read from a script?

There is training, you don't get onto the phones until you're ready. The first 4 weeks is considered the training period and there is training on the actual products as well. We have engineers in the office too and products to look at and resources on our network as well. So if we don't know something, we can find out.

There's probably more companies doing it than you might think. Though it is encouraging that there are companies not resorting to offshore ones. Generally I refuse to give any information to off shore call centres and refuse to deal with them because your data isn't protected by the same data protection laws we have in the UK.

Possibility... but I did also remember Jeku getting a job a while back... just not had the chance to ask him about it since... as I recall his previous job did not end in much of a nice way...

With an average of 5 hours sleep everyday for the past 3 months... quite possible... I have started to notice I can hardly feel myself holding a glass of water, keep having the sense that I may drop it at any time... to top it off I am having more difficulty typing lately too...

And the fact I am now in the process of expanding my company and getting more active into marketing my company along with a new member in the team in the coming weeks, since I feel I have done enough studies to move forward... I think things will get worse before I have the chance to get back into a regular sleeping pattern again...

But I guess the only remedy here is me trying to grab more sleep soon!
