Well it sounds like he's had some unfortunate customer service. Of course, I couldn't really make out what he was talking about so I can't be sure... but it sounds like he's convinced that TGC is against him programming?

Either way, I think he's not made a great name for himself with that publicity. I've had nothing but the best luck with TGC and definitely haven't encountered a conspiracy theory.

This guy has a rediculous ammount of pirated files uploaded under his name, so I'm unsure why he thinks he was called a pirate for no reason.

Sounds like this guy has a grudge, but it seems you can't really trust his claims. He talks about content he's had removed on the TGC forums and seeing claims about him being a pirate here all I can suggest is that the content he's posted here has been pirated or is being pirated. In which case, he really needs to read his user agreement and understand where TGC's policies stand with the law.

If he's pirating, does he not realise that TGC could get him into a lot of trouble with the law? If he only got a ban for it, he should consider himself lucky.

Unfortunately, people are rarely willing to accept their own errors and will just pass the blame elsewhere, or heck, delude themselves so that they're a victim. This guy sounds like a special case.


Are there actually any threads of his we can read? (the only ones I've found have been deleted, given mods tend to only lock them suggests these really were a special case) I fancy some entertainment and of course, to educate myself on this part of TGC history. I feel like I've missed something.

I'm confused, what did TGC supposedly attack? Did he make something and we apparently hacked him with viruses? Or did we all attack TGC products (which would make no sense)?

Attacked youtube videos with a flag bot which demonstrate the product working.... Umm, ok.

Ohhh ok here's his proof. His ISP apparently gave him all the information to prove the attacks came from here. lol

Again, what product is he talking about? And how is it that only "friends" can make use of it? Sounds like he wasn't capable of programming his own project and we wouldn't give him the codes.

Anyone else think "Gimme da codez" has a little brother?

He is/was talking about FPSC, and the fact (?) that it ruined his life.

He is one of the VERY few members that I had the privilege to nuke his account (to add insult, I had my then 3-year old push the button). He actually made a significant section of one of his sites, dedicated to bashing myself and another Mod. He has a lot of free time on his hands apparently.

Funnily enough, I ONLY remember him because of said angry little tirades. Lol.

Although, I've no idea whatsoever he is talking about in that video. I read the video twice... And only just got more confused.

I also think it's hilarious you can actually see that he is a flat out pirate and uploads FPSC products.

It's incredibly clear that he's torrenting FPSC, you've got a confession in his YouTube comments, couldn't we just report the sod to the authorities? Pirates are thorn in the side of the PC games industry, so it'd be one more pirate down. Seriously, FPSC is dirt cheap and has big money saving offers all the time, what kind of douchebag would pirate it?

Seppuku, to be quite frank, it doesnt exactly sound like a grand plan in the way of stopping/lessing pirating, it merely sounds like: "I hold a grudge against this kid, lets report his crime and the world shall see my smuggish face :3"

now dont get me wrong, if you do see proof of piracy, why not report etc.

But, quite frankly, in my honest opinion, "if TGC wanted to stop piracy", all they needed to do was go to pirate bay, put in "FPSC" and get the torrents down along with a lawsuit.

I know Quik, but it's one more pirate down and shows to anybody pirating that TGC will act if they know somebody is pirating. It might only deter a handful, maybe not even that, but I think if you've got the evidence, doing something is better than doing nothing. It won't solve the problem in the grand scheme of things, but I think it's better than doing nothing.

Of course, I'd hate to see the kid screw his life over for it, so I wouldn't expect TGC to jump in and bring down the strong arm of the law, but start with a cease and desist so they have the opportunity to straighten themselves out.

i think it was.. .yeah, the guy had commented on another guys video (we're talking AMVs here <animated music videos>, so he got pissed -made an own video wherea's he's saying "this is censorship" etc, and then goes on saying: "let's start a revolution! this is war!"

Stuff like that, it was really just ridiculous - 150 views aswell, revolution...

oh, and he thought it was a "disgrace to the AMV community" that someone didnt want his critisism

I don't know the guy, but he sounds ridiculous to me. Perhaps one of those people that live in their mom's basement wasting their days behind a computer screen. I guess those people don't live very long. =/

Yes. I've seen some of them thinking, yes, they should be punished, but the actually punishment you receive, you'd better off being a mass murderer. At least with a C&D they can buck their ideas up. Based on what I've seen I would have placed him as a 14 year old. I know not all 14 year olds are like that, but it's behaviour I'd associate with that age. It worries me that he is a grown man. I know I've dealt with some pretty petty and idiotic adults, but generally I can age them as petty and idiotic adults. But I guess I shouldn't be surprised really. I've been working at a Customer Support Call Centre for nearly 2 weeks and I am sure I'm going to see a lot of this kind of thing.

You obviously weren't around for his tirades and juvenile remarks/postings about another Moderator here (and the picture that was sent around of said Mod). He's earned everything that's been said and more. I can say that he's one of two people I remember having their accounts nuked, in the 6+ years I've been moderating these boards.

He's taken down (from his YT account) the video of himself showing off his "awesome" apartment; but you can clearly see he's a middle-aged man (in bad need of dental care, I might add). He's also quite fond of wrestling, apparently.

And that's what worries me. He could be passed off as petty and immature, maybe to a different level. However, I wouldn't rule out crazy, especially now with that hamster comment, I'd consider that pretty sick.

Feeder mice is to feed the snake because the snake has to eat. Feeding your hamster to a snake because it was annoying you, then boasting and laughing about it and loving the fact you just killed your pet is not normal. I can't exactly take a moral high ground on killing animals to feed another because if I recall I had chicken for dinner last night, but I think the concern is more about mental health. I don't know the guy, but the more I hear about him, the more I am concerned. I am beginning to think he might not be mentally stable.
