Experimental Ambient Lighting shader

I recently remembered that I made a shader that used a cubemap to render accurate ambient lighting, but I didn't release it because it didn't work properly in FPSC.

Here's an example of the ambient lighting.

So I'm am going to release it anyway to anyone interested in it. It also has several other effects I experimented with, such as rim lighting and fake HDR reflections.

Just remember, at this point I don't think it works in stock FPSC. It might be compatible with Dark Basic Pro, but I'm not sure.

This shader will only work in skinned meshes because I used Bond1's planar character shader as a base.

I hope someone will find this useful

If something compiles on the first try. Something is terribly wrong.
