how do u post an image to AppGameKit forum without having a website link (for example its ur jpeg)? - i've seen others do this

Well you can post the image here as an attachment, and then add it to the post afterwards using the image option.

Easiest way would be to simply upload to http://imgur.com/ and copy the direct link to use in the img tags.

Typically one or two images can be attached to posts, as you have done, for the purposes of linking images in your posts. If you have many images that you want to include in a post you are best uploading them to a third party site as xCept suggests.
