Sorry for langage, i'm french and i use 'google translate'.

bravo to the creators of segments, entities!
They often offer very good stuff, thank you again!
But I'll give them a little reproach their packs are often misplaced.

They should try to prepare records storage, make own rankings, like this example:
AUTHOR \ Segments \ SCIFIPACKNAME
AUTHOR \ Entitybank \ SCIFIPACKNAME
AUTHOR \ Meshbank \ SCIFIPACKNAME
AUTHOR \ Texturebank \ SCIFIPACKNAME

Because with time Fps Creator with all folders, sub-folder becomes very complicated to use

I repeat, I love Cosmic packs, and other Rolfy but their worries is the organization ...

Well, I hope I'm not going to censor an idea for storage for future contributions of our talented writers!

I just want to help by giving ideas ...

Sorry for langage, i'm french.

Welcome VindiKator,

I have also thought of this. I also know what you speak of, i too have the issue of an unorganized crazy amount of items in my list of media.

so it would be nice to have it more organized, but most media is free and I will not complain about it

Me = noob

and i love The TGC : )

Go here to learn more about "Search and Rescue" by xplosys. It's a great tool for finding that media you are needing.

I myself, have broken up my segents, and entity directories into catagories.

Example:
Sci-Fi
WWII
Modern Day
Horror
Characters
Effects
Vehicles
Industrial
Weapons
Landscape

That way I can easily navigate to the items I need for any given project. As I make new items I place them in the catagory folder, or sub directory, to keep all media organized by type.

Just a suggestion.

Its the way FPSC works, it wont find media placed outside of the main categories.
When creating media for the store or model packs TGC request that you dont install media directly into main folders as they are reserved, you create sub folders within the already categorised folders.

Your example of:
AUTHOR \ Segments \ SCIFIPACKNAME
AUTHOR \ Entitybank \ SCIFIPACKNAME
AUTHOR \ Meshbank \ SCIFIPACKNAME
AUTHOR \ Texturebank \ SCIFIPACKNAME

Is therefore:
Segments \ AUTHOR \ SCIFIPACKNAME
Entitybank \ AUTHOR \ SCIFIPACKNAME
Meshbank \ AUTHOR \ SCIFIPACKNAME
Texturebank \ AUTHOR \ SCIFIPACKNAME

Since these are paths used for assets within the editor they need to retain this main folder structure.

As suggested use xplosys 'search and rescue' he's done some other nice tools, as have others, which make your FPSC life easier

You only have one life ... Abuse it well.
