im looking for a multimeter name.. lolz
i got 2 multimeters so far, each of them does something else..
capacitance tests, voltage, amper and so on..
but im looking for Infra-Red sensor for checking the rotation speed and IR temperature multimeter detector

How much are you willing to spend? These cost a fortune, but are well worth the investment. They will easily last you a lifetime.

However, if you don't have the money to afford that, then this here would be sufficient : https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9141. The quality may just suck, that's all.

its not a multimeter, but its Speed tester by RPM. wich is good enough for me.
