Hey guys, I have been trying to create a Hologram effect in FPSC for some time and i cant get it quite right, Can anyone give me a few tips to create a Hologram or Hologram effect by re-texing current stock media? (such as: Structure B in Sci-Fi)

Thats a really good question. I suppose you could make a decal and attach the texture to that. But not sure it would work the way you wanted.

Download Model maker. Select overlays create your hologram image in PS or gimp, lower the opacity as desired. Now once in the editor you should be able to flip and rotate it and place it where you want.

Not sure if that would actually work, just floating n idea

you will need an alpha Channel in your texture to make the texture transparent
