Hi everyone,

I am checking the texture commands (setobjectimage). I have read the help and it says that this command allows to use different "layer" texture stage). The layer 0 is the diffuse texture. The layer 1 is the normal map and the layer 2 is the light map.

I have tried the layer 0 (a diffuse texture) and 1 (a normal map texture), but I don't get any effect with the stage 1. I want to get a bump effect... would be neccessary to use shaders? (I want to avoid them... I don't understand them)

Thanks

Thank you very much.

I will have to learn GLSL... but it's so difficult to understand the algorithms...

I have an thread about learning shaders for agk

Iam posting all kinds of shaders as i learn them.

There is also the command set for agk to acces the shaders there.

Normal bump mapping is still over my head but we will get there

Check my first simple shaders and experiment with them.

Paul also gave us the agk commands that we nead to use shaders properly.

All you nead is in the first post in my thread.
