I came across this library which is very fast and versatile; If your in need of path finding for NPC's Vehicles it even has support for groups

Detour is included in the trunk and zip which is whats used to calculate out the path's once recast has created the nav mesh.

I did a search on the forum and it turned up nothing so my apologies; I am unsure; its coded in c++ you might ask in their forum if its a possibility and if not its developer may be able to get a c# version going if there are enough requests, they're very active on their discussion board. good luck!
