can a network thats created with agk be able to have a darkbasic client connect to transmit files?

is this possible? and only needs to be local area network...

what i want to do is beable to move QmidiStudio files back and forth using the playbook and my windows 7 pc

(written in darkbasic)
qmidistudio on windows 7 will connect to the playbook via wi-fi
(written with agk)
qmidistudio on play book will host and transmit files back and forth

I think it has sort of been established that AppGameKit and DarkBasic network communications doesn't work. I could be wrong, but the question has been asked before.

And it is not possible to write files to shared directories with AppGameKit apps in Tier 1.

In Tier 2, you might be able to do stuff using non-AGK file handling in Windows.

ah....somethin to point out...

i cant seem to refresh my files in the current folder if i delete something....i did however try b=SetCurrentDir(".") and that seemed to do the trick or else the files never refresh and the files you just deleted will still be showing when you go to open/save

now is that the correct way to reset it?

i know ".." is to drop down a directory.....hopefully "." just refreshes it.

(found no problems using that so far)...
