i can point you in the right direction to some people that may be able to help you but they are gonna most likely charge you for the model and depending on the model it can get pricey!!! most of theese people work for free but custom models take time so hit one of theese guys up bro maybe they can help!!

Well I was actually just looking at this, but most of these people aren't character designers (What the Art Types Say) which I specifically looking for, up to the detail of that one picture I added in my second post because I love that type of character design and am willing to pay them by the hour for their work? of course I haven't looked through all of these artists so maybe I over looked one? I'm just looking for someone to point me in the right direction of someone with experience in character model design I can pay to create an anime type model? If anyone comes to mind I'd be very grateful. Also thanks for the links Sic1ne.

Hahah I had one of my business partners track him down and apparently hes from another country and doesn't speak English very well, and my partner didn't want to deal with that... I was hoping I could find someone who has a large amount of knowledge of 3d modeling and is freelance looking for work I tried Googling free lance modelers on The Google Machine but that usually came up with people who were complete professionals looking for outrageous amounts of money for high quality game models. and haah I use to work on games on Fps Creator and remembered all the good models like Errant A.I. and things and was hoping there was someone with really good skills just layign around hoping for work haha Which probably sounds a little silly.

@ Unfamillia: I'm looking for a OBJ. file that isn't as large a file as a high detail, because I need the ability to download it from the internet through 4g, and 3g for a 3-Dimensional viewer on smart phones. So I'm still looking for a large amount of detail in a small package. As you can tell I don't know much about 3D modelling, also it has no need to be animated. Before we decide on a price, you make textures as well, and believe you can get a similar end product as the picture I attached to my post? Also have the imagination to create a Anime model? I have no restrictions so its free game, as long as its not a model based off of copyrighted material. hah
