I haven't got this Pack but try putting a segment 'floor only' at the bottom of the lift shaft.
This might help.

I'm not sure how you are setting up the lifts but apparently something is not quite right. See the image below:

Make sure that the three outer walls are the dynamic wall that is provided. Also, make sure they are positioned correctly as shown in the image. Do not use static wall segments at all. When editing use the <B> key. Press once in order to snap the entity into place. Use the <CTRL>-arrow keys to position. See the green circle in the middle of the elevator. Make sure it is exactly in the middle. Use the <B> key. When the entities are free moving with the arrows, press the <B> key twice. This will center the circle. See the yellow diamond or arrowhead? The direction it is pointing will make the player look in that direction after the player is moved to that spot. I would suggest you point the arrow in the direction as shown which is toward the lift buttons.

I'm sorry you're having problems. I don't. I guess I should feel lucky. What version of FPSC are you using? I'm using v1.20 b6+ I do think the script needs to be tweaked so maybe that's what you need to do.

Oh, BTW, did you do a search in the FPSC Chat forum?

I think the cure for appearing outside the game world is to put a static entity somewhere in the level. I don't know why this cures it though!

Good habit to get into; when building new levels, place a any static entity anywhere in the level before testing, then when adding more detail to the level, this random entity can be removed later on, as long as you still have static entities in the level...

Bruce3371, I didn't even think of this possibility.

Shakleford, Was the only thing you built in the level the lift and just segments. Bruce is right that you need at least one entity that is static. The wall entities are dynamic so they don't count. And neither does the lift overlay in the center of the floor of the lift. Static segments don't count and the door is dynamic.

THEORY - you know everything but nothing works. PRACTICE - when everything works but don't know why. For me, theory and practice are combined: nothing works and I don't know why.

No this was a full level with the lift just a part of it

Darn. I thought it was going to be simple.
