I compiled my app with http://www.freedom-engine.com, for Android, as I was told that this is the easiest way. But when I uploaded it to the Google Play store, it said that it was signed with a debug certificate and that Google Play doesn't allow apps signed with a debug certificate.
What can I do to make it work?
is this because FE is in beta, or because I only have a free license, or what?

From what I understand Freedom Engine currently can only compile an APK used for testing/debug purposes at the current time.(as you found out google play does not accept these.)

To submit an apk to google play using the freedom engine service you will have to wait until they update freedom engine to allow you to sign the apk with your own certificate.
