Just installed AppGameKit + T2. was working before I installed T2 but now I get the error:

Quote: "
Vertex shader failed to compile at line 0
"

What to do?

Thanks

T2 = Acronym for the Tier 2 package that you can install to AGK.

My bad

I haven't been able to compile anything since I purchased AppGameKit yesterday

Tier 2 isn't a package that is installed with AGK. It is simply using Native (C++) coding languages.

If you just purchased it yesterday, which version did you download from your TGC 'My Products' page?

If it was v1076, that does NOT work with 3D and shaders.

If it was v1085 beta, what project are you trying to compile?

TBH Did really know what the hell it was just installed it..

Was like a kid in a candy store. Anyway!

Got the 1085 beta and I'm trying to run the code:

Please ignore the comments and remarks, all I did was copy and paste. Still! when I run the code above I get a window with black BG and then a message box pops up with the same error.

Thanks,

What graphics card are you using it on?

Ok so before I read the last post I figured it was my LAPTOP(Old IBM ThinkPad + Windows 7 OS + Some kind of generic latop onboard gfx card).

So the AppGameKit v107 works very nice on both the tablet I'm broadcasting to and my laptop

AGK v108 works only on the tablet I'm broadcasting to NOT my lappy.

Not sure why But I'll just have to work with testing it on my tablet until I get a more powerful machine.

Thanks for the help; If you do have any more insight please let me know

Version 108 requires OpenGL 2.0 or above whilst 107 was OpenGL 1.4 or above. If it is an old Intel integrated graphics then it is likely that it does not support OpenGL 2.0, Intel seem to be really bad at OpenGL support even if the cards are capable of supporting DirectX 9/OpenGL 2.0 features
