Hi All,

is it possible to use VC++ 2008 to use AppGameKit,
and is there an installation instruction somewhere?

I tried but I get the error

Cannot open include file: \'atlimage.h\': No such file in directory

can somebody help please.

thanks

In theory (I haven't tried), setting up AppGameKit with VS2008 should be perfectly possible as VS2008 libs are provided.

Try commenting out the #include <atlimage> line in core.cpp.

thanks ,

but than I get the same with 'afxres.h'

Something else, I saw a 3d example where
one can move a cube with the mouse pointer.
I think it was from Lee Bamber but I can't
find it now, would you know where it is ?

Or do you know how to identify objects with
the mouse pointer ?

In theory, I think, maybe, you should be able to, but you need a good project to start from.

The ones posted in the AGK Wiki Templates page are for VS 2010. You could try downloading one and see if your VS 2008 will open it.
