AppGameKit Classic Chat / Image Joiner problem

ok.. so today I was going to use the image joiner tool for the first time and get an error message that says I'm missing d3dx9_43.dll and wants me to reinstall AGK... something I realy don't want to do...

so is thare a place I can get a copy of d3dx9_43.dll and whare should this be put in mt system? "I'm running windows 7"

oh.. and my AppGameKit is Build 107

If it still doesn't work after reinstalling, you can probably get around the error by downloading d3dx9_43.dll and placing it in the same directory as the image joiner tool. However, also make sure your DirectX is up-to-date.

I doubt reinstalling AppGameKit would help. The image joiner tool needs this dx9 dll to work. I would do as xCept suggests.

my DirectX was out of date and after updateing every thing works fine...

ok so I ran the tool flowing the directions in the Help menu and I'm getting multiple Image files "one of each sprite" and multiple text files "one of each sprite" in the results folder...

I should only one 1 Image and 1 text file in the results folder, right?

please help

the Images I'm useing are labeled godzilla89_rws1 godzilla89_rws2 ect... I'm useing 7 png Images...

When you set the final width and height make sure the width is long enough to fit all 7 images. Example:If your images were 40 X 50. You want to set final width to 280(40 * 7).
