The command "DarkVideoSetVolume" from DarkVideo behaves rather oddly, first of all the max value is 255 rather than 100, surely 100 is a better max value, to be more consistent with the rest of DarkBasic?

The other thing that is really annoying me is how it actually changes the volume, it seems to change the program volume in the windows mixer rather than playing the sound quieter, which I find extremely annoying (making it much harder to balance other music/sounds that are playing at the same time using the base engine), especially for the user, the windows mixer is designed for use of the user to balance volume between programs, one program shouldn't set it's own value, yet again, for consistency, shouldn't it act like all the other Music/Sound commands in the base program?
