AppGameKit Classic Chat / float GetJoystickX() question

I want to use the command float GetJoystickX() but don't know what parameters to give it... and yes I did check the App Game Kit Documentation Home Page...

I want to use it like this, Dirx# = float GetJoystickX()

This should work.

Dirx#=getjoystickx()

Just get rid of the float bit.

GetJoystickX() and GetJoystickY() both return a float value between -1 and 1

Correct syntax:

Dirx# = GetJoystickX()
