For your constant help and positive attitude "Valued Member" is a well deserved title AL. I hope we will have your help, support and good will for many years to come!

A fair number of people have nominated and supported you for this badge which is one of the more prestigious badges we award in the TGC forums.

Congratulations

Congratulations AL! As everyone has already said, this is very well deserved and past due for all the help you've provided; it seems that you may even be up to the 50% mark on answering (with useful replies) all the questions that get asked on the AppGameKit forums.

Wow!

This is a great way to start a Monday. I have warm fuzzy goose bumps all over.

Thank you everyone!

As I said somewhere else today, I don't have the patience to be a proper teacher, but I just can't not help.

I hope to be around for a long time (the women in my family tend to live to 98 or better {102, 103 and 105 on my mom's side}, with all the marbles in the right place)).

Thank you again.

Happy Programming!

Cheers,

Congratulations AL!

I know you've help me countless of times whenever I've had an issue. No matter how big, small, easy, or hard a question might be she takes the times out and answers a question. I might have to put you in my credits if you keep this up lol. Well, well deserved.

Always glad to help. Sometimes I even learn new things when I do.

There have been times when I was wrong. I recently discovered that the Google Play Player has been updated to v1083. I now have to stop saying that it hasn't been updated since before v1076. (By the way, thank you AppGameKit guys for updating the Player.)

Yup, this thread has definitely made my Monday much better.

Rick, that's so nice to hear.

I've been enjoying TGC products since April 2002 (and still haven't actually published anything, but am pretty close with current AppGameKit project).

If you can work with a telecommuter from the US East Coast (and/or Alaska), I'd love to work with you guys.

Try telling that to my cats! The big ginger one just doesn't get that he is too big for my lap when I am trying to work on my computers.

bjadams, I have had trouble with v1088 for Android, but, just in case you missed them, there are templates for Windows, iOS and Mac available on the AGK Wiki Templates page.

Do we have an open discussion about the v1088 Android template (I don't want to drag this thread off topic). I've tried setting it up myself and it looks like we're missing a class R or the R class is missing stuff.

Thank you to the latest set of fans.

MrValentine, Jackie Chan is one of my absolute favorite movie stars (and one of the sexiest).

IronGiant, I just finished watching "Tron: Legacy" this weekend (holds true to original "Tron") or I might have missed the reference. One of my favorite geek stories told by a friend/mentor/former boss (in that order) (this is seriously paraphrased from when I originally heard it):
Quote: "I was watching "Tron" in the movie theatre with my wife. At the scene where they were looking out over the "valley" at the I/O tower, when one of them said "How do we get there?", someone in the audience yelled out "Take the bus!". You could tell the geeks from the non-geeks because they were all rolling in the aisle laughing and the others were looking at them funny."

AgentSam, you aren't the grumpiest. I don't know who is, but it cannot be you.

I too share the same likes! I have Tron Legacy on Blu-Ray... well it has a DVD disk too... not had a Blu-Ray drive in a while...

Didn't one of the mods have a title proclaiming to be 'the grumpiest mod on the forum' one time?

Hi all

Been 'off' for a bit doing paid work....

I think this is a very deserved award indeed. The work AL has put into the templates as well as being 'tech support' for TGC.....what can i say!

Congrats AL! I agree, well deserved
