Touch the apps icon (the one with two or more rows of squares, usually at the bottom or top of the device).

Locate the app you want.

Press down on it until your home screen (and other panes) appear and then drag the icon to the home screen and let go.

sorry again... I want to say automatically (what is the code?... i suppose that you will have to modify the manifest)... I mean, I install my apk and the installation creates a new icon on home screen.
