I am trying to find out what the iMadeFace terms of use are. I was looking for avatar images for players in my game, and I think making "iMadeFace" images of each of my friends will probably work. Problem is that I don't have an iPhone, so I cannot get the app, and I can't find any information online.

How likely is it that they will care that I use my friends pics via their app as avatars in my game that may/may not be sold?

If you used content created in one of my apps to make you a profit I'd be sending you a cease and desist letter pretty quickly, I'd imagine they'd feel the same.
