I've published and released a couple of apps on Android (check this one out)
And after the initial interest (TGC posted about it on their Facebook page so that got quite a few installs) the number of installs has dropped a lot.
So, to the point. What are some good [but preferably free] ways of promoting your app?
[such as app review sites or forums]

maybe a newspaper for games that you can buy at filling station shop
or kiosk.
