Well, glad he's hooked. It's a good game to get hooked on, he's still got the second one to play through yet.

I think it depends of course, my dad is a COD gamer, saying that, it's COD on the console, though he used to play COD2 on the PC to be fair to him. Prior to that he was all about the flights sims and flying games, probably a habit picked up from the Air Force. We got him Hawx and Hawx 2, which he seemed to enjoy. Oh and Elite, I can remember him playing that a lot when I was a wee one.
And Gunship 2000.
I should probably tell him they're releasing another Elite game.
Also, bear in mind, some of the 'older' generation browse these forums.
