If anyone is thinking of developing for OUYA or (like me) has one on Pre-Order it is definitely worth creating your Gamer and Developer accounts now before all the best User Names are taken.

I went here..

https://gamers.ouya.tv/gamers

Select: Gamer Sign Up on the left, choose a Gamer Tag, add email and password.

Then, I got the BECOME A DEVELOPER option, same process, they want extra info (can be added later) but at least you get the name you want.
