I'm a bit confused about the map changes. If weekends is a separate pvp map then what is the weekday map? We seem to be in factions on that too.

The weekend map is for factions, weekdays its just a standard vanilla server. Were not really in factions, I and Dark Frager just had some fun with TNT at each other expense

I've not seen anyone on lately. I've cleaned up the lava at Aurum observatory (or whatever that big cylindrical tower is supposed to be). It's a bit of a mess in there. Are you going to repair it?

I haven't had the time to go on, honestly. I've not been on since at least two weeks ago (I've logged in a couple of times to see the damage people were talking about - Good God, what a war that must have been!).

I'll probably be on tomorrow, except that'll be the PVP map and I haven't figured out where anybody is on that one yet.

Anybody else having lag issues?

Just before I left, after I came up through a mine, the game became so slow it took me several seconds to be able to do much. It might just be my Java installation, I should probably stop ignoring the update notification...

I will be moving my server stack over to BSD in the near future, which means the MC server will probably go down at some point. I'd say it would be a good idea to look up some Minecraft videos on YouTube and determine whether the game looks like it would be fun. Personally I was skeptical about it at first, but my friend insisted so I shelled out the $30~ it cost at the time and since then have found it to be one of the funnest games I've ever played, honestly. It's usually better if you're playing with a friend on a server, in my experience. But it can be really fun experimenting and working in single player as well.

I just logged on and the only factions listed are WarZone and SafeZone. I'm in the Dawn base and all the land is wilderness. That might just be a simple problem to fix, maybe the bukkit version is out of date or something. wouldn't be a big deal even if we had to remake the faction.

Ah fair enough, I didn't read your post properly and thought the map was gone haha. As it turns out there is a Bukkit update - let's see if that fixes the problem.

I have a 24/7 Minecraft server and any TGC user is more than welcome. I have Multiworld, survival and creative maps, skyblock if you fancy it and loads more.

Hey XGames, nice server. I met you but you were kinda gormless and unresponsive.

Also met a bloody horrible little git. Most people are nice but this one guy took an instant disliking to me for some reason (probably because I made his girlfriend laugh and he got jealous), and I tried really hard to be nice to him too. First time I've met anyone like that on Minecraft.
