Turn off "Automatic Floor" and see if that fixes it, it's a buggy feature and pretty much does nothing from what I can tell.

This could be anything as it is a rather generic FPSC error.

@Wolf I found one of your game was create using fps creator v115 and fenix mod. So I use that.

Glad to know that fixed it, in my opinion that feature should've been removed long ago. Anyway, I agree with Wolf, use a newer version, ever since v1.19, you can pretty much do everything you can do in Fenix mod plus more. The engine is also much faster performance-wise ever since 1.19.
